 | Summary: | | | There is still time to join the PD Marriott Neighbors Program! The Palmetto Dunes Property Owners Association and Leamington Association have partnered with the Hilton Head Marriott Resort and Spa to bring our property owners an exciting opportunity:
The PD Marriott Neighbors Program
As a property owner in Palmetto Dunes or Leamington, you will enjoy the following offers:
Marriott’s Spa Soleil:
- A 20% Discount will be provided for all eligible members for any Spa Treatment.
- As a special incentive, eligible members will also be able to enjoy our 50 Minute Swedish Massage at a special price of $82.50
- A special price of $37.50 for a Pedicure and $30 for a Manicure will also be provided.
Reservations will be made by contacting Spa Soleil and mentioning the PD Marriott Neighbors Program. A 20% Gratuity will be added to all services (based on discount price).
Conroy’s restaurant:
- A 15% Discount on Marriott’s Early Bird Meal (5:00PM – 6:30PM)
- A 15% Discount on Conroy’s normal pricing for times other than Early Bird Time Frame
Reservations will be made by contacting Conroy’s Restaurant and mentioning the PDPP. Normal Conroy’s Gratuity policies apply.
Room Rates
- From January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010 reservations can be made at the Neighbor Marriott Rate based on availability of that rate as determined by Resort.
Normal guest room policies regarding cancellation apply (72 hour notice to avoid forfeit of 1st room night’s rate and tax. Blackout dates apply.
Fitness Center access at the Hilton Head Marriott Resort & Spa
- A Prepaid Non-Transferable Monthly Fee of $40 per person or $70 per couple.
- Fee to include:
• Use of the Key Access Controlled Work-Out Room at Marriott
• Use of the Locker Rooms
• Use of Indoor and Outdoor Pool (Restrictions may apply)
Resort reserves the right to limit availability of this program and or modify time frames prior to the start of a new month.
Meetings and Social Events
- A 10% discount on the current Standard Catering Menus in effect at time of event.
- Meeting Room rental fee waived
- Waiver of Minimum Pricing on Wedding Events (Currently a $10,000 Minimum)
Membership is free - you simply need to visit the PDPOA to sign up for the program and pick up your membership card . You are welcome to print out your sign up sheet by clicking here and bring it with you. You must sign up in person at the PDPOA building as the cards will not be mailed. You can find us at 23A Shelter Cove Lane near the Bank of America.
