The PDPOA Board of Directors consists of 9 elected members and 1 member from Greenwood Communities and Resorts. The Board typically meets at 2:00 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month.
Property owners are welcome to attend. Time is set aside towards the end of each meeting for any property owner questions and/or comments. The Board meets in the conference room on the second floor of Building 23A at Shelter Cove Executive Park.
Minutes of the Board meetings are available below. Please note that the previous month's minutes are not posted until they are approved by the Board at the current month's meeting.
