Bob Sharp - General Manager 
Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, Bob graduated from West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Bob has been with Greenwood Development Corporation for the past 29 years and has worked at development projects located in Columbia, SC, Charleston, SC, Brevard, NC and finally in Hilton Head, SC. Bob and his wife Mary Anne reside in Palmetto Hall and have two children, Alec and Mary Schane. Alec, a Lieutenant with the Columbia, SC police department, is married and has six children, while Mary Schane works at RBC Centura here on Hilton Head Island.

Andrew Schumacher - Controller 
Born and raised in Port Jefferson on Long Island, New York, Andrew graduated from St. John's University in New York City with a Bachelor of Science in Business. After graduation in 1994, Andrew left NY to move to Hilton Head to pursue a career in the golf industry. Andrew began working for Greenwood Development at the Arthur Hills Golf Club in October 1994. After six years, Andrew moved to Charleston, SC and graduated with a Master's of Science in Accounting from the College of Charleston. Since then, Andrew came back to work with Greenwood Development in the Community Services Division as Assistant General Manager. Andrew and his wife Jennifer live here on Hilton Head with their son Davis who was born in May 2005, and son Cooper born in June of 2007. Andrew enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach and traveling.

Shelly Cromwell - Staff Accountant
Born in Florida, Shelly grew up in the Louisville, Kentucky area. She attended the University of Louisville and earned her accounting degree from the University of New Mexico. Having worked for several public accouting firms and in the accounting department of different companies, Shelly was most recently the Finance Director for the City of Pooler, Georgia, for five years. Shelly has two children, a son Peyton, 5 and a daughter Hallie, 3. When not working, commuting from Pooler, chasing her kids or Tootie Fruity, her 70 pound chocolate lab, Shelly has a number of hobbies: gardening, running, biking, and walking. A past golfer, she hopes to find time to get back on the links soon. And of course she roots for the Cardinals (the Louisville ones, of course.)

Jim Griner - Chief of Security 
Jim Griner was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia. He is a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. He is also a graduate of Columbus State University and possesses a Master's Degree in Public Administration. Jim is a graduate of the Georgia Law Enforcement Command College (Class 20) and is a Law Enforcement Instructor with specializations in Firearms and Defensive Tactics. Jim has completed assignments with the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and the Chatham-Savannah Counter Narcotics Team (CNT). He also has working and supervisory experience in patrol, traffic enforcement, and K-9. Additionally, he has served as a Law Enforcement Accreditation Manager and an Accreditation Assessor for the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). Jim began his law enforcement career in Georgia in 1993. He is married to Melissa who is an RN in Savannah. Together, they have one daughter, Madeline, who is 10 years of age. Jim's hobbies include music, sports, drag racing, and working out.

Heidi Stenhammer - ARB Administrator
Heidi was born and raised in Bloomington, MN, a suburb of Minneapolis and attended a community college in Steamboat Springs, CO right out of High School which fostered a great love of the mountains and winter sports. After transferring back home to MN she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Minnesota. Heidi and her husband Robert moved back out to Colorado to enjoy life in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. During their 12 years in Summit County, Heidi worked as the Business Manager for an association at Keystone Resort where she gained a wide variety of experiences including administrator of its design review board. A job transfer through her husband's employer brought the family, including daughters Samantha (1999) and Mackenna (2001) to this beautiful island. In her spare time Heidi loves to play at the beach or pool with her family, read, scrap book, exercise, and attend festivals. She also enjoys watching her kids play soccer, piano, violin, and compete in gymnastics. While the mountains and winter sports still remain a passion, life at the beach is SWEET!

Gwen Pryor - Pass Office Manager 
Born in Beaufort County and raised in Ridgeland, S.C., Gwen has worked in Palmetto Dunes since March 1993. She started as an employee of the Hilton Resort and worked at the Fazio Grill. In May 1999, Gwen started to work for Greenwood Development as a Security Officer. She has outstanding customer service and public relation skills and leads the dedicated staff at the PD Pass Office. Gwen and her husband, Richard, have two children. Richard Jr.(RJ) is 4 and Jada is 3. Gwen's most important focus is her family. She also enjoys making jewelries (beading), watching the news (she describes herself as a Fox News fanatic), and basketball.

Karen Wegener - Administrative Assistant
Born in Pittsburgh, PA , Karen relocated to Hilton Head in the fall of 1993. She has worked for both Marriott and Disney Vacation Clubs since coming to the Island and has a strong background in Customer Service. Karen lives on the Island with her husband Mark and Step Daughter Samantha, Hobbies include relaxing on the beach or at the pool, cross stitch and spending time with friends and family.

Ignacio Manzanera - Facilities Maintenance Manager 
Ignacio is originally from Spain where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University. He later earned a Master's degree in Marketing from Luton University in England and a Master's degree in Project Management from Boston University. After playing tennis competitively in Spain and owing his own tennis academy in Beirut, he played professional football for the Barcelona Dragons, part of the NFL Europe league. He later played arena league for the Tampa Bay Storm and tried out for the Dallas Cowboys. Ignacio returned to the Middle East where he gained extensive experience in Project Management while supervising the construction of hospitals, waste water treatment plants, recycling plants, and residential homes. After 6 years, he took a hiatus from management to return to tennis in the U.S. as a tennis pro at Van der Meer Tennis Academy on Hilton Head Island. He now resides in Bluffton with his wife Jennifer and their 3 children: Michael, 11 years, Ignacio Jr., 3 years, and Isabel, 9 months. Well-traveled and fluent in 6 languages, Ignacio enjoys all sports including snowboarding, skiing, windsurfing, diving, tennis, football, basketball, and baseball. He also loves to work on cars, ride his Harley, and spend time at the beach with his Yellow Lab, Naia.

Kiley Fusco - Community Relations Liaison
Born and raised in New Jersey, Kiley earned her BFA in Graphic Design from The College of New Jersey and her MFA in Illustration from The School of Visual Arts. She headed to Hilton Head Island in 2006 where she became the Director of Communications for Sea Pines Country Club. After moving back to New York City to attend the Publishing Course at Columbia University and a brief stint in the publishing industry, she has returned to the island to join the team at PDPOA. She enjoys reading, BMX biking, and taking her French Bulldog, Cheeks, to the beach. Part of the Community Relations Liaison position is designed to maintain open and productive communication between the Palmetto Dunes property owners and the PDPOA.
